    my best trading books

    was just thinking ...
    - which trading book i really enjoyed reading?
    - which trading book had biggest impact on my trading?
    - what if i would not read the books i have read? where would i be in my trading? further from the success or closer?

I was on a forex conference ca 2 years ago, there was one man presenting his great results, do not remember now well maybe 10 000% in a month or 1 000% in a month, not so much important actually.
After his speach people asked him which trading books can he recommend...
I remember he answered that he does not read anymore books about systems/techniques/technical analysis, he just reads books about psychology
Could not understand it well at that time, but now can only agree
It took me a while to understand what counts most in trading :-)

Wanted to think it over one more time.

    ... so the best books
    - about trading techniques were for me the ones by Robert Miner and Carolyn Boroden.
    - about trading psychology were the ones by Marc Douglas (with trading time these get more and more value, so worth to reread from time to time)

I spent a lot of time reading about harmonic trading, some of the books are interesting (see also-> Books on the Gartley pattern), but I am feeling that they focus too much of building fibo price clusters and not enough on the price x time harmony, and confirmation techniques.
From harmonic trading probably most I would recommend ones by Jim Kane, check -> Kane Trading - Education for Serious Traders He covers important HT trading aspects, it is worth much more than standalone pattern presentation with Fibonacci ratios.

also the second one -> The Disciplined Trader: Developing Winning Attitudes: Amazon.co.uk: Douglas: Books
Marc teaches how to trade without fear. This is so important. When we are not stressed we can think openly, analyze situation and react properly. When we are stressed, our perception and actions are so much limited, we forgot all what we learnt in the past. When in stress we can make more mistakes, so loose more money.
