Muscle gain
Hi everyone, my name is Brandon, I'm 6 feet 3 inches 250 pounds 23 years old and I'm training. I've seen people say they actually have more muscles. That's kind of why I want to do this.
In addition, yes, I'm a little addicted, I have to fap every day or twice a day. But I take a cold shower and take care of myself. Bodybuilding is my life, and I am grateful for it. But if I really gain muscle mass from more than one person here, then I will become nofap's brother.
To be honest, I'm always angry or very angry, or vice versa. I'm pretty much like the man you see me as, you'll see me as a man, not even a young adult really. I have a Viking beard, but not too big, but enough.
But yes, someone please tell me, and I know that many of you don't care or wish I had done it for other reasons. Well, there's always something that pushes us towards something that others don't see. Please respect my answer and hopefully I can learn more about others just building muscle. Maybe like injuries, deeper voices, all these theories that everyone says and claims. Thank you for your time!

Dude, good luck to you and you will succeed, I believe in you

I never thought about it, thanks to nofap, that I could make a man out of myself. If it helps me in any way with my muscle gains, I'm up for the challenge. But I also take supplements from skinnyyoked.com, which also keep my health and muscles in good shape, and I feel good after a workout. Protein helps me develop much faster than I expected. I also work out regularly and have already gained a lot in weight in the last six months. I hope to continue to get good results and get pumped up. It'd also be nice to get tips on how to do it faster besides working out.

I almost didn't understand the above, but I wonder what additives you use?

It seems to me that you have some psychological problems, forgive me for being blunt. I don't want to offend you, but I'll give you my opinion on steroids and everything else. You are a very hot-tempered and emotionally unstable person, I would not advise you to abuse supplements. But if you still know how to control yourself, I advise you to pay attention to supplements4muscle.com, I think you'll like it. I could quote you about bodybuilding is my life, but I always control the number of supplements I take. Health is the most precious thing for an athlete, I think you agree with that, be careful, man.

Haha, that's stupid. No offense, but I've never heard more nonsense in my life. I understand your addiction to muscle mass, especially since I'm a bodybuilder, but you already sound a little desperate. First of all, you need to train regularly, according to a well-established method to increase your muscle mass. Second, you need to follow a diet rich in protein and calcium. If you still think it's not enough, consult with your coach and if he approves, then try some supplements. I have been using the ones from rats.army for a long time. Of all the ones I used, these were the most effective, not just meaningless chemicals.
