@Kor4x Cool. And when you get a chance post more of those butterfly 113.0 entry examples. I think their is some real value in that and I can greatly improve my butterfly trades (which is my worse pattern).

@margood66 Thanks man. And yeah, I learned alot from Jason. His stuff is awesome.

@CockyAmoeba Probably. I was kind of thinking the same thing. Although I don't really know much about the shark patterns ratios.

The most important about any geometric pattern is it's location on the chart. Videos for the Cypher Pattern show lack of understanding of multi degrees on the chart. ...my 0.02

Kor could you please explain your menaing of "...Multi degrees" ? are you saying that it is too rigid?

@Luzonxzy teh shark pattern is a pattern from Scott Carney
    Bearish:
O-X leg is a down move
X-A is a retracement or rally up
    A-B = 1.13 ~ 1.618 X-A
    B-C = 1.618~2.24 A-B & B-C = 0.886~1.13 O-X

Also if the reaction off the C point meets the .50 level then you have a potential 5-0 Pattern - but 5-0 to me is similar 121 as the AB and CD legs are generally very close to eachother in size ....

The guys at Triple Threat, from what I've seen in how they trade the other pattern types, pay alot of attention to the location of patterns in terms of the trend of the market. But I guess for this pattern it doesn't matter. Most of the examples I've seen worked so perhaps this pattern is the exception.

@ CockyAmoeba I've heard about the shark but I never really done the back testing on it. I haven't heard anything about it that gets me excited. Does it work good?....Oh and thanks for the ratios.

Ratio Trade on AUD/USD. Great risk to reward ratio. I hope it works.

@ margood66 Yep. Feels good to Wake up to profit

Trade Update: Target 1 obtained & Stops have been rolled to breakeven. Almost at target 2 but you can't get overexcited and count that money yet. Got to maintain that professional trade state.

Also notice how this trade lead into the formation of this pattern (one that I'm not taking).

CAD GDP ahead. If this pattern becomes a Crab pattern then we could get a news trade.

well done on AUDUSD trade/entry! Just remember that trading is not so much about entry, but more about exit. Exits are the difficult part rarely discussed in the books/forums.

AUDUSD Ratio Trade Update: Second Target hit for a good 170+ pips. Not a bad way to end the week.

@Kor4x Yeah I took that into consideration. Any smuck can enter a trade. The real fun begins once your the trade and have to manage it.
