There are pdf instructions posted just beneath the indicator download link. At the end of the document (page 33) are instructions on installation.

Okay I give up, have been trying all day to unzip and install. Cannot get the unzipped 6.7.8 exe file into MBTrading mt4 expert indicator file. Keep getting error messages.

Download indicator to desktop, unzip to desktop, copy from desktop and past to your expert indicator folder.
