there is no best way to manage it.
I have super entries so my SL is usually very small. My potential TP is huge, but I rarely take more than 50% of its potential. Since today is Friday I closed GJ much earlier, with a goal to re-open on Monday. Take a look, although my entry was not bad, the exit was rather poor (again!) ->
btw: Was not at computer when the max top was formed on GJ, although my timing methods predicted it perfectly, what I wrote on this thread before.
what I define as my trading goal is to "control the equity curve", want to have it growing (without huge DD), I reduce risk, control exposure, agree to $$$ less but to risk less also.
Today checked that on 60 trading days I had 2 loosing ones, and this is my way to continue.
market geometry and time trading on one of accounts (3 months history, +100%)
