    Hi have purchased the fib manager pro but have not heard back from anyone confirming the transaction and giving me an idea of turnaround... Can anyone tell me who to contact? - I did send an email from the trading arsenal tools page but haven't had a reply - please help!

    Hi hope you've had a good weekend - have tried to get in touch with Kor but this is the only place I can get a response back, so I apologise for spamming here with messages but I'm at a loss to know how else to get in contact with you guys.
    I've checked my hotmail account and discovered there might have been a filter blocking the emails receipt, so if possible can you try to resend the email to either my hotmail or btinternet account? Are you able to do this?
    Looking forward to getting this thing sorted out.

    you can reach kor4x on skype or via this forum or via his yahoo email or via our Harmonic Skype Group .... and more

    we can forward your indicator to another email, no problem, just contact us with with details.

    Ok, well in the interests of brevity, please resend the email to xxxxxxx . I'll edit my address on here out once I've got it, but was preferring to find a less public means of making the request.

    I apologise if it seems strange to you that I haven't had any success but :

    - I left a message at the end of last week on Skype for Kor, but not heard back
    - a message on the profile page visitor messages for him on this forum, ...no luck there
    - tried to PM him on here ( but I can't as my privileges won't let me / need admin to help? ),
    - left a message on the indicator page ( got an automated email saying "thanks" , back but no other response)....
    - Spent enough time trying to find what other emails / contact places I should be using.

    As a customer of yours, this thread is the only place I feel I can communicate over the counter with someone so far, and it's not for a lack of trying. And to be honest it's a bit frustrating.

    From a business perspective perhaps I might suggest that if you say it's "easy" to get in contact - to then include a precise link to an email address, Skype link, or PM method that will guarantee your customer will be able to make the contact they are looking for, because I've felt sh*t out of luck and I'm sure that's not how you want me too feel!

    All that said, I'm very grateful you are responsive on this thread - so thank you, and looking forward to the email.
