Aren't we all in the school? I guess university now. I've paid more than my fair share for tuition as well!

AB=CD is the base for all the other patterns. Remember that Gartley patterns have an AB=CD pattern inside. So the 121 or ABCD can convert into a Gartley - if all the measurements (Fibs) are present and time agrees.

I have the kHor v6.7.13 which is the last one released. Yes I use it. I find the AMPMonitor to be the best - I don't have to be in front of the MT4 - I can have it scan the time frames I want and then go to work once it has found a pattern I am after!

Keep asking questions - I'll try to answer to the best of my knowledge. That's how some of us learn!

@silvergroupforex, thanks for nice comments on AMPmonitor, yes it's very useful, that is why we created it :-) :-) :-) ... we also build a lite version of AMP indicator. Well, long list of things we work on ...
Anyway, regarding 121 i think you are not exactly correct. ABCD pattern is not same as 121 pattern.
ABCD pattern is 4 points harmonic pattern presented here: http://tradingarsenal.com/abcd-patte...cessfully.html
whereas 121 is 5 points pattern where some examples are presented here: 121 pattern and AMP/AMPmonitor

Thanks again Silvergroupforex. I will spend some time getting familiar with the AMP then and as I have questions I won't feel shy about asking them. I know people do nothing but trade Forex and they live quite well. My goal is to spend the time learning so that eventually I can break into that group. It is great when you enjoy what you are learning.

Thank you, too, kor4x. I appreciate the links you added. I am really happy that I found this forum.

    Hi Kor4x,

This is my first post and I would like to know about the date and time update from AMP monitor. May I know this date and time refer to GMT or other time zone?

The pattern on the AMP monitor look very impressive, may I know where to find the reference guide of these patterns so that to better apply to trading strategy.

Is the AMP monitor available for commodities and stocks as well, or only for FX?
Does anybody have test results and statistics for the AMP monitor or indicator? I mean fwd testing or real trade results?
    Tnx.

    What is it?
Anyway, the one I have seen was identifying harmonics with PRZ as developing and complete. I would have tested it, and I am certain I am not alone on the face of earth wanting to know how effective/reliable it is . I even like to test out simple indicator based theories with an EA around it to see, to evaluate what can it do 100% following the rules and test all the cases... people would not be able to do that, an EA can.
What about the other question about futures, commodities, stocks and others?
    Tnx.

you can sign up for the trial and see all instruments available there. I do not know well. Personally I use only small subset of all big set available.
